DR HOLLY NINER
Holly Niner is a Global Challenge Research Fellow at the University of Plymouth. Her research centres around how information, perceptions and social norms influence policy and decision-making and vice versa, and how understanding this can help us transition to sustainable and equitable ocean governance. Her current focus is blue finance, and has previously considered marine biodiversity offsetting and the application of natural capital approaches to high seas governance.
